The building was organized as a series of houses linked by a central core for community cooking and dining. The entry incorporates a controlled reception area leading to either the residential wing or to the wing of offices for the administrative staff. Discrete patios along the back side were designed to encourage families and staff to utilize the outdoor areas overlooking the picturesque farmland.
